CODEPINK invites you for a weekend of healing, storytelling, teach-ins, skill-sharing, coalition building, camping, singing and dancing under the stars at the breathtaking Ocean Song in Sonoma County. We are building for a just transition from the war economy to networks of local peace economies. Our vision is to grow and deepen our community by coming together to examine our role(s) in the war economy and learn together how to shift our individual and collective values and behaviors in service of uplifting local peace economies. We commit to co-creating as brave a space as possible for our participants & movements to connect, heal, and unite! We will offer an anti-oppression/consent/accomplices not allies training upon arrival.

Come for the weekend or for a day. You can camp outside (bring/borrow a tent!) or sleep in the barn for a slumber party!

GREEN ECONOMY

PinkBridgeDivider

From our National Site

The national CodePink organization organizes for justice for Iraqis and to hold war criminals accountable. CodePink actively opposes the U.S. war in Afghanistan, torture, the detention center at Guantanamo, weaponized and spy drones, the prosecution of whistleblowers, U.S. support for the Israeli occupation of Palestine and repressive regimes.

Rooted in a network of local organizers, CodePink's tactics include satire, street theatre, creative visuals, civil resistance, and directly challenging powerful decision-makers in government and corporations. And, of course, wearing pink!
