#CutThePentagon Congressional Call-In Party With CA World Beyond War

When:
December 9, 2021 @ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
2021-12-09T19:00:00-08:00
2021-12-09T20:00:00-08:00

Congress is now deliberating on a $778 billion Pentagon budget for 2022, which will cost over $8 trillion over the next decade.

This is happening while members of the Senate claim that spending $3.5 trillion over the next decade on healthcare, education, and green jobs is “too expensive”

While war profiteers have the money and lobbyists, we have the people power.

On Thursday, December 9th at 7PM join the California Chapter of World Beyond War and CODEPINK for a Congressional Call-In Party and educational event!

At this event, we will learn more about how many of California’s tax dollars are spent on War and Militarism AND take action to call on our representatives to #CutThePentagon for People, Peace, Planet, and a Future!
