This Yoga class is a one hour practice the is meant to restore, rejuvenate and provide a restful strengthening session for the body, mind and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing. No prior experience is required.

Khalilah Ramirez is a performance artist, educator and author. Her work with the Dance of Peace spans well over a decade. She specializes in getting people in touch with their inner light, joy and peacefulness using a combination of music, movement, magic, dance and guided imagery. Weekly classes, Quarterly workshops, and small group intensives are available.
